Plains, Trains and Automobiles...and busses!

So here it is. Our final day at home! As I reflect over the past 10 years, I wouldn't change a thing. Guatemala makes me smile, there are so many things I love about it; the people, the worksites, the sights and smells, the morning devotions, overlooking Magdalena during quiet time, the organization of SI, all of the missionaries, and of course, speaking Spanish.
For the next week our team will be in Antigua, and we will all be together with the same host family. The mornings will be filled with 4 hours of language school, and then we will all return for our afternoon meal provided for us. For five days.
The following 2 weeks 4 others from CVC will join us in Magdalena Milpas Altas, where we are all divided into ministry sites to serve alongside the Guatemalans and missionaries already there. Missionaries are there year round and have already been preparing for us to be there. Thank you to them: Blake, Nivia, Pam, Fernando, Mario, Arturo, Marcos, Nineth, Victoria, Alvaro, Miriam, Sara, Hilmar, Mario Jr(Marito),Kara, Randy, and Rebecca.  We are so thankful for the work you do!
Thank you too to the host families that give of their homes for us!
